Description
Thirteen separate items.
These items came to the Trust as part of a major collection known as the Blavatnik Honresfield Collection. They include one item owned jointly by the NTS and the NLS - First Commonplace Book - as well as twelve documents completely owned by the NTS. These items are to be held at the Burns Birthplace Museum, although the Commonplace Book is likely to return to the NLS at various points in the future.
Given jointly to the National Library of Scotland and the National Trust for Scotland from the Blavatnik Honresfield Collection by the Friends of the National Libraries, 2022.
