Agnes Burns (1762 - 1834) was the eldest sister of Robert Burns. She married William Galt, a servant of her brother Gilbert, in 1804. They later moved to Ireland to work on an Irish estate belonging to Mr. Matthew Fortescue. She is buried in St Nicholas Presbyterian churchyard at Dundalk.
