This is an example of a Broadside or Broadsheet Ballad. A broadside (also known later as a broadsheet) is a single sheet of inexpensive paper often printed on one side, with a ballad, rhyme, news and sometimes with woodcut illustrations. Often a plagarised version of an existing works, these were sold on streets and in taverns throughout the 17th, 18th and 19th century. This version is multiple pages and is dated later into the 19th century.
