Description
An ochre stoneware jug, globular and decorated with scenes from 'Tam o' Shanter' moulded into surface, including a scene in the pub and Tam being chased by witches. With loop handle moulded with a hand. Stamped underneath base 'Published by W Ridgeway & Co., Hanley, October 1 1835, 6'.
