A white China plate painted at centre with a double-sided profile of Tam o'Shanter and his wife and inscribed 'Getting fou and unco Happy, Nursing her wrath to keep it warm.'
Also Inscribed underneath base 'Hand painted in Scotland, Alasdair Matheson Glasgow' and stamped 'Made in England'.
