A silhouette of Robert Burns in giltwood frame.
This side view of Robert was ‘cut’ when the poet was 35 years old.
Formerly in the possession of his grandmother, Isabella Burns Begg, youngest sister of Robert Burns. Inscribed on reverse (in the hand of Miss Grace Burns Begg); " Burns, as Grandmother remembered seeing him."
