Description
Engraving of a scene from 'The Cotter's Saturday Night'. Coloured mainly black and white, but coloured partly in blue. Title at the bottom with extract from the poem and central stag logo. In ebonised wooden frame.
The scene depicts the cotter, reading from the bible, and his family around the table was engraved by J. Rogers after J.M. Wright in 1842.
