Painting of the Brig o' Doon. Oil on canvas. In giltwood frame.
This painting of the Brig o' Doon by John Fleming was done in 1816 and probably looks much the same as it did in 1789 when the poet Robert Burns wrote his poem Tam o' Shanter which has made the site so well known and a popular subject for many artists.
