This form is to renew your membership if you pay by credit card or debit card. If you pay by Direct Debit your payments will continue automatically and there is no need to renew using this form.

You will need your membership details, which can be found on the reverse of your renewal letter.

*Please note that if your membership has lapsed then you are unable to renew, and will need to join as a new member.
