Help us restore Kippen Smiddy

We’re inviting volunteers to help reinstate the 18th-century blacksmiths back to its former glory and reopen it to the public.

A PhD candidate has been researching the history behind some of the objects in a new exhibition at Brodick Castle on Arran.

The first Edinburgh Music Festival was founded in 1815, and we look at the diary of a lady who attended the festival that year.
