Where can I use the voucher?

The voucher is redeemable at cafés operated by the National Trust for Scotland properties only. Exclusions apply; see terms and conditions below.

My membership has expired, can I use a voucher?

Vouchers can only be redeemed alongside a valid membership card. If you wish to use your voucher, please contact our Supporter Care team to reinstate your membership by calling 0131 385 7490 or using our contact form.

I’ve misplaced my voucher, can I get another one?

Terms and Conditions

  1. By using the voucher, you will be deemed to have read and accepted all of the Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions will disqualify you from taking part in the offer.

  2. The voucher is valid until 30 June 2025. It cannot be redeemed after this date. 

  3. The voucher Is not redeemable between Friday 18 April to Monday 21 April 2025.

  4. The voucher is redeemable at the following National Trust for Scotland cafés only:

  5. The voucher is not redeemable at any other cafés or sites, including the following:

    • The Battle of Bannockburn

    • Killiecrankie

    • Mackintosh at the Willow

    • The National Trust England, Wales and Northern Ireland

  6. The voucher is available for National Trust for Scotland members only. A valid membership card must be presented alongside the voucher.

  7. One voucher is issued per membership and may be used by either member in a Joint or Two Adult Family membership, alongside a valid membership card.

  8. One voucher may be used per transaction.

  9. The voucher is valid for £5 off at a National Trust for Scotland café. No change will be given. No alternatives will be offered. The voucher is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  10. The offer is subject to availability and to the opening times of our cafes.

  11. The National Trust for Scotland reserves the right to refuse the use of the voucher if it has a reasonable belief that these terms have been breached in any way.

  12. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
