Throughout spring and summer, the manicured lawns and gardens, carpeted with spring-flowering shrubs and trees and over 200 varieties of daffodil, offer a picturesque setting for your wedding ceremony and drinks reception. These can be held anywhere within the garden – simply choose your favourite spot.
From the secluded Patio Garden, with water features and cottage garden flowers, to the Secret Garden, the opportunities for stunning wedding photography are endless, whatever the season.
Overlooking this mosaic of tree-lined lawns is Threave House, a grand Scottish Baronial mansion. Graceful staircases and bright formal rooms make this an elegant venue for intimate wedding ceremonies, drinks receptions and dinners.
For larger occasions, a marquee can be accommodated in the grounds.
