Goatfell is located on the Isle of Arran, approximately 5 miles north of Brodick.

Goatfell can be accessed from several places. Cladach car park is the start of the main Goat Fell path. Brodick Castle car park has paths leading to the main Goatfell path. Glen Rosa campsite also has limited parking.

Goat Fell provides a strenuous summer hill walk but is a serious undertaking in winter or in bad weather.

Weather conditions can change rapidly. Make sure you’re armed with a good map, compass, torch, food and drink, as well as waterproofs, warm clothing and stout footwear.
