Smail’s still operates as a commercial letterpress printer, producing bespoke business cards, wedding stationery, letterheads, membership cards, tickets, invitations and more.
These items are still printed using our original 19th and early 20th-century lead and wooden display type. We also have a collection of original stock images and decorative blocks.
We offer the flexibility to have printing blocks made for new images and logos. We also make new blocks for jobs requiring specific modern typefaces, your own design, or a large amount of text, ensuring your printing needs are fully met.
