Facilities & access
The interpretation boards are easily accessible from both Rockcliffe car parks, but they’re on a steep slope at Kippford.
We have an ongoing programme of accessible content development. Detailed accessibility guides for the most visited Trust places are available on our Accessibility pages as well as links to useful resources.
We’d love you to visit the Euan’s Guide website to review the accessibility of Trust places and tell us (and others) what is good and where we need to do better.
There’s one allocated disabled parking space at Rockcliffe Beach car park.

There are three holiday cottages at Rockcliffe:
Auchenvhin (sleeps 8)
Port Donnel Cottage (sleeps 5)
Saltflats Cottage (sleeps 4)
Booking a holiday with the National Trust for Scotland helps us to protect this special place, now and for the future.
The Beach car park at Rockcliffe village is short stay (20 mins) during the summer. Parking is also available at the Baron’s Craig Hotel.
There are no all-ability paths on the property but it’s possible to take some wheelchairs along the first section of the Jubilee Path starting from the Baron’s Craig Hotel.
