Halloween recipe – Eerie eyeball punch
Ingredients
(Serves 6)
850g lychees in syrup
9 black grapes
9 white grapes
1l sugar-free ginger beer
1l sugar-free limeade
Green food colouring gel
Method
1. Drain the lychees, keeping the juice to one side.
2. Stuff the lychees with the grapes.
3. Divide the lychee ‘eyeballs’ between 6 tumblers.
4. Put the lychee juice in a large jug with the ginger beer and limeade. Add enough food colouring to turn the liquid bright green.
5. Pour it over the ‘eyeballs’ just before serving.
6. Enjoy!
